We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.




- Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and security procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous.
- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays.
- Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
