Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, building solid relationships, and promoting our premium fitness services. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help inspire potential clients to embark on their fitness journey with us.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients through B2B sales, telemarketing, and inside sales techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct effective negotiations to close sales and secure long-term memberships or corporate partnerships
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored fitness solutions
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that highlight our unique offerings

Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments
- Knowledge of marketing principles and telemarketing best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Background in inside sales or business development within the health, fitness, or technology sectors
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
