TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Salesforce Developer”

This is a 10 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid ( 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

- Significant experience working within a Big 5 Bank or equivalent financial institution.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale implementations.

• Extensive experience with:

- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Platform Events and Integration Patterns

• Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based project management.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)

Candidate Review & Selection Process

- 2 Rounds of Interviews.

Round 1 : 60-minute MS Teams video interview (or in-person, depending on panel availability)

- Candidate introduction
- Review of background and Salesforce experience
- Technical discussion on architecture, development, integrations, and best practices
- Coding and solution design assessment (subject to confirmation)

Round 2 : 30-minute Director Interview Interview Panel : Hiring Manager and Solution Architects
