Commercial Safety College is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our growing team in the position of – School Bus Driving Instructor

- The successful candidate will work a pre-determined schedule based on course dates

- This position is based in Masstown, Nova Scotia

Duties and Responsibilities

- Instruct inexperienced drivers to an entry level standard for Class 2B School Bus.

- Follow course guidelines and industry best practices
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure progress, competency
- Candidate should be willing to travel as needed
- Candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a team atmosphere

Required Work Experience & Qualifications





- Minimum 5 years of verifiable Class 2B School Bus driving experience
- Grade 12 education or G.E.D. preferred, but not essential

- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates with previous training / evaluating experience will be given priority consideration

- Acceptable driver's abstract

- Acceptable criminal record search
