York Stars RGC is looking for an enthusiastic, independent and organized secretary that will be friendly greeting parents & athletes entering the gym and attentive to emails and phone calls. Gymnastics experience is not required.

- Comfortable answering emails and phone calls




- Organized when keeping track of attendance, makeup classes, etc.
- Comfortable learning about our programs and eventually have the ability to answer any questions about our programs and classes
- Keeping front area neat and tidy

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a secretary/receptionist or similar fields

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally, someone who has worked with kids and been involved in sports in some capacity

Schedule: It will be discussed and arranged pending our other secretary schedules however, weekdays 3:45-9:00 and weekends 8:45-2:00

Job Types: Part time

Salary: $18.00-21.00 per hour (pending qualifications)
