- Monitor senior resident to maintain a secure and secure environment
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as disturbances among the residents
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience with seniors is an asset
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
