Job Summary

Ultra Protect Security Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Field Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across assigned client sites.

The Field Supervisor will conduct regular site visits, supervise security officers, ensure guards are following company SOPs and client requirements, respond to operational concerns, and maintain communication between guards, clients, and management.

The successful candidate must be licensed, have a valid driver's licence, and have their own reliable vehicle for travelling between client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular and unannounced site visits.
- Supervise and support security guards at assigned locations.
- Ensure guards are punctual, properly uniformed, equipped, and performing their duties.
- Verify required patrols and site checks are being completed.
- Review Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
- Ensure guards follow company SOPs and site-specific post orders.
- Provide coaching and direction to security personnel.
- Respond to incidents, complaints, and urgent operational issues.
- Assist guards with escalated or difficult situations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and site representatives.
- Monitor service quality and ensure client expectations are being met.
- Identify attendance, performance, training, and operational concerns.
- Assist with shift coverage and finding replacement guards when required.
- Conduct site orientations for recent security personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, inspections, and incidents.




- Escalate serious incidents and operational concerns to management.
- Assist with emergency situations when required.
- Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager.
- Perform other duties related to field security operations as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Security Licence required.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel between multiple client sites.
- Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible scheduling.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

First Aid & CPR Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required for certain client assignments.
