In this dynamic position, you will deliver HR consultation across a variety of programs while managing investigations and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and policies. Your focus will be on creating strong relationships and delivering inclusive solutions to HR challenges that benefit the entire organization.

• Lead investigations concerning employee relations
• Ensure compliance with administrative regulations
• Foster relationships with stakeholders
• Engage in recruitment and selection activities
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Human Resources
• Experience in public sector HR within a unionized context
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• CPHR designation is an asset
• Must possess a valid BC Driver’s License
