Hours: Casual, 4–24 hours per week

Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour dependent on staff experience and qualifications.

Position Overview We are seeking Casual Behavioural Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will work directly with clients, implementing individualized Behaviour Support Plans and fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. This is a casual position offering 4–24 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and follow client-specific Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

Support clients in achieving personal, social, and behavioural goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients.





Communicate effectively with supervisors, other team members, and client's families.

Uphold confidentiality and skilled boundaries at all times.

Qualifications Education: Diploma or Degree in Developmental Service Worker (DSW), Behavioural Sciences (BS), Social Service Worker (SSW), Child and Youth Worker (CYW).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in behavioural support, developmental services, or a related field.

Certifications:

Safe Management Group (SMG) Crisis Intervention Training Certificate (required)

Other Requirements:

Valid G-class driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
