Role JDE Business Systems Analyst – Finance Location Onsite – GTA Role Synopsis Our client is seeking an experienced JDE Business Systems Analyst – Finance to join their JDE EnterpriseOne team. This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on supporting and enhancing the organization’s Finance systems and processes. The successful candidate will bring strong accounting and Finance knowledge combined with hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience. Working closely with Finance users, process owners, management and IT/IS teams, the BSA will be responsible for understanding business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, configuring solutions, supporting integrations and identifying opportunities to improve business processes. This position will play an important role in maintaining continuity and transferring knowledge within the Finance function as part of a planned succession. The successful candidate will be expected to become increasingly self-sufficient and serve as a key Finance/JDE subject matter expert. Core Technical Requirements Robust hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with a focus on Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and Finance business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective JDE solutions. Broad functional knowledge across JDE Finance modules, including experience with configuration, troubleshooting, production support and system enhancements. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications and supporting solution design.



Experience working with JDE integrations and third-party applications, including banking interfaces and tax-related solutions such as Sovos. Ability to investigate system issues, identify root causes and develop practical solutions across multiple business and technical environments. Experience supporting data conversion, master data management and data-related initiatives. Strong understanding of business processes involving Finance, Manufacturing and Order-to-Cash environments. Experience supporting system changes resulting from regulatory, banking or other evolving business requirements. Ability to work closely with Finance stakeholders, Power Users, management and IT teams to facilitate requirements, testing, implementation and change. Strong understanding of business process improvement and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes through technology. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Experience with Sovos, tax applications or similar third-party Finance solutions. Experience supporting banking interfaces and financial system integrations. Experience with JDE Manufacturing and Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with data conversions and master data management. Experience with full lifecycle JDE implementations, ERP transitions or acquisitions. Experience with business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
