We hire exclusively senior-level accountants, operate with defined systems and high performance standards, and deliver clean, accurate month-end reporting to growing businesses across North America. Every team member works under CPA oversight with deep tax and accounting experience. This is not a typical bookkeeping shop.

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of client files and deliver clean, on-time month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end from transaction review through month-end close Prepare and finalize bank, credit card, payroll, and clearing account reconciliations

Deliver accurate financial statements and supporting working papers

Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation

Identify opportunities to improve client and internal processes and efficiency





Qualifications

5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience

Diploma in accounting

Strong QuickBooks Online expertise

Deep understanding of accrual accounting and full month-end close

Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Legally authorized to work in Canada
