Endless Glow Skin Spa is looking for an experienced Senior Esthetician to join our growing medical spa in Surrey, BC.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, genuinely enjoys working with clients, and can step into an established spa environment with minimal supervision. This is a part-time position with the prospect for additional hours and growth for the right candidate.

This role is best suited to an experienced esthetician who takes pride in providing excellent treatments, building long-term client relationships, and helping clients understand the products and services that are best suited to their skin.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Esthetician, you will:

- Provide professional esthetic and skin-care services to clients;
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products;
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client care and service;
- Educate clients about skin care, treatments, products and aftercare;
- Recommend and promote retail skin-care products where appropriate;
- Maintain accurate client information and treatment notes;
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment setting;
- Follow appropriate sanitation, hygiene and safety procedures;
- Manage appointments and clients confidently with minimal supervision; and
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional and positive spa setting.

Who We’re Looking For The successful candidate will have:

- At least 5 years of professional esthetics experience;
- Completion of an accredited esthetics program or comparable recognized training;
- Strong knowledge of professional skin care, skin types and common skin concerns;




- Experience recommending and selling professional skin-care products;
- Excellent consultation and client-service skills;
- The confidence and experience to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A professional, dependable and friendly manner;
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness; and
- A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their skin-care goals.

Previous experience working in a medical spa, skin clinic or similar professional environment is an asset. Compensation The expected wage for this position is $20–$30 per hour, depending on the successful candidate’s experience, training and qualifications.

This is initially a part-time position, with the potential for the role and hours to grow over time.
