This role is responsible for leading technology operations, overseeing IT initiatives, supporting business systems, and helping ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organization.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT priorities with business needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, applications, and user supportManage and develop IT team members through coaching, performance support, and resource planningOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and strategic initiativesHelp maintain system availability, performance, security, and business continuity measuresCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and recommend scalable solutionsSupport IT governance, policies, procedures, and internal controlsMonitor vendor relationships, service levels, contracts, and external technology partnersAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for the IT functionPromote process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across IT servicesSupport cybersecurity practices, risk management, data protection, and compliance requirementsEvaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades, enhancements, or replacements as neededPrepare reports, updates, and presentations for leadership on IT performance and initiativesQualifications:Postsecondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldProgressive experience in IT operations, systems management,
