Title: Senior Informatica Cloud Developer – CDI & CAI

Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable

Work Model: Hybrid – Vaughan, Ontario (2 days onsite per week)

Experience: Senior-level, hands-on Informatica Cloud development experience

Toronto Test Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Informatica Cloud Developer for a contract engagement with one of our enterprise clients. This role is focused specifically on the Informatica cloud platform , with a strong requirement for recent, hands-on development experience across both Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) .

Please note: This is not primarily an Informatica PowerCenter role . Candidates whose experience is predominantly PowerCenter, or whose resumes reference IICS/IDMC only at a general level, will not be considered unless they can demonstrate recent hands-on development experience with both CDI and CAI .

What You'll Be Doing The successful candidate will design, develop, support, and troubleshoot cloud-based data and application integrations within an enterprise Informatica setting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) .
- Design and develop application integrations and orchestration using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) .
- Develop and support integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, web services, service connectors, and application endpoints .
- Build integration workflows and orchestration processes across enterprise applications and data platforms.




- Configure and develop Informatica cloud connections, mappings, tasks, taskflows, processes, and related integration components.
- Implement robust exception handling, error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms .
- Troubleshoot failed integrations, data issues, API/service issues, and production incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration issues across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support deployments, environment migrations, testing, production releases, and post-production stabilization.
- Develop scalable and maintainable integration solutions following enterprise development and integration standards.
- Work closely with architects, application teams, data teams, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, integration designs, and support documentation.

Mandatory Requirements Candidates must have recent, hands-on development experience with BOTH :

Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

- Cloud mappings and mapping tasks
- Data integration and transformation
- Connections/connectors
- Taskflows and orchestration of data integration processes




- Data movement between cloud and/or on-premise systems

Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

- Application integration development
- Process orchestration
- APIs and web services
- REST and/or SOAP services
- Service connectors and application endpoints
- Exception/error handling and troubleshooting
- Deployment and production support

Candidates should also have:

- Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions within Informatica IICS/IDMC .
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, SaaS platforms and other systems.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and application/data integration concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integrations in production environments.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with testing, deployment, release management and production support.
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up on CDI or CAI .
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Informatica Secure Agent
- Cloud-to-cloud and hybrid integrations
- Salesforce, SAP/S/4HANA, ServiceNow or other enterprise/SaaS applications
