This temporary full-time role spans 18 months, reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, Geotechnical. Engage in geotechnical field programs, maintain operational excellence, and develop strong qualified relationships within the team. Your problem-solving abilities will support efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives and review environmental practices
• Conduct geotechnical site inspections and assessments
• Liaise with geotechnical consultants for standards compliance




• Analyze data for stability evaluations and other analyses
• Communicate key engineering insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Geological, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering
• Must qualify for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
• Up to five years experience in a mining context
• Familiarity with geotechnical software and tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills necessary
