when required and complete all necessary documentation Maintain accurate reports including daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-ons Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner Assist with access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for staff, students, and visitors Communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency services when required Qualifications for Campus Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security license First aid certification - OFA 2 - Required Robust communication and e xceptional customer service skills Strong report writing and technology skills Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus Demonstrated ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations Strong proficiency with technology Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods Proficient in basic phone & computer skills This could be more than a job!
