Senior Production Specialist – Fan Engagement Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Production Specialist with strong CRM Marketing / Marketing Automation experience.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation experience
- Strong experience with Adobe AEP, AJO, and CJA
- Experience with Epsilon PCM, Movable Ink, or Attentive is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Email, SMS, and Push campaign execution
- Audience segmentation, personalization, QA, campaign build & deployment
- Strong HTML skills for email/template editing
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign KPIs, analytics, and optimization
- Photoshop experience
- Robust communication, organization, and project management skills
