Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly,



and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, serve multiple tables efficiently, and uphold a lively pace throughout shifts

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Smart Serve Certification
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, upselling, cashiering
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team focused on hospitality excellence
