Responsibilities

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and sanitizing surfaces according to food safety standards
- Manage side station duties such as stocking supplies, organizing utensils, and ensuring all necessary items are readily available for service
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system to assist with guest orders and payments when needed
- Uphold food safety protocols by following proper handling procedures and maintaining a clean work environment




- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with guests and team members
- Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or barista roles is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality environments like hotels or restaurants enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts

Pay: $17.60 per hour
