Strathcona County Emergency Services seeks an Emergency Communications Operator to serve as the vital link between the public and first responders. You will answer, assess, process and dispatch calls, using CAD and radio systems, in a high‑pressure, 24/7 environment.
The role requires post‑secondary emergency communications training, at least 1 year in a related field, and solid communication skills. This is a temporary full‑time position (up to 12 months).
