Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will utilize your 3-5 years of claims adjustment experience to assess potential claims and support their resolution. Your expertise in legal fees and billing will enhance training programs for lawyers while also assisting in claims management and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities: • Review current claims for insurance coverage • Participate in resolving claims and coverage disputes • Provide training sessions on risk management practices • Build relationships with external legal counsel • Support claims policy development and administration
Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of claims adjusting experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • In-depth knowledge of billing assessments • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client rapport • Experience in insurance and tort law considered an asset
