We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager and help keep the team and restaurant running smoothly.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
Help lead and support the team during shifts
Train and help onboard new team members
Assist with inventory and supplier ordering
Help maintain our standards for food, service, and cleanliness
Step up and help lead the team when the Store Manager is away
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant experience is an asset
Reliable, positive, and organized
Comfortable taking initiative and helping others
Strong communication and customer service skills
Available to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
