Oil & Gas Automation Specialists - 2/2 Rotation - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Accommodations Provided - TX, NM

Crimson Group is seeking experienced Automation Specialists to join their team, working on oil and gas projects in the Permian/Delaware Basin of West Texas and Southeast Recent Mexico. This fly-in/fly-out role offers a 2 week on/2 week off rotation, premium accommodations, and the chance to work with advanced automation and control systems. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and have strong experience in PLC/HMI programming within the oil and gas sector.

What You’ll Need

- 5+ years PLC/HMI design and programming experience in the oil and gas industry





- Experience with PLC programming (Wonderware, Rockwell Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, etc.)

- HMI programming experience (Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell Factory Talk SE, etc.)

- On-site commissioning and start-up experience

- Understanding of industrial environments, engineering, and production processes

- PLC/HMI troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract

- Ability to travel and work away from home

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure

- Ability to work individually and in teams

- High attention to detail

- Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing
