Oil & Gas Automation Specialists - 2/2 Rotation - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Accommodations Provided - TX, NM Crimson Group is seeking experienced Automation Specialists to join their team, working on oil and gas projects in the Permian/Delaware Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. This fly-in/fly-out role offers a 2 week on/2 week off rotation, premium accommodations, and the chance to work with advanced automation and control systems.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and have strong experience in PLC/HMI programming within the oil and gas sector.

What You’ll Need

5+ years PLC/HMI design and programming experience in the oil and gas industry





Experience with PLC programming (Wonderware, Rockwell Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, etc.)

HMI programming experience (Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell Factory Talk SE, etc.)

On-site commissioning and start-up experience

Understanding of industrial environments, engineering, and production processes

PLC/HMI troubleshooting and debugging skills

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract

Ability to travel and work away from home

Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure

Ability to work individually and in teams

High attention to detail

Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing
