SERVICE ADVISOR — CALGARY - Earn up to $120K. Monday – Friday. No weekends.

At North Star Ford, you'll have the potential to earn up to $120K/year — well above the Calgary market average for this role — while keeping your weekends free, every week.

We are about to go through a building transformation that will set our dealership at head and shoulders above the competition as well as changing our service delivery. This is a chance to help shape how service gets done here, not just slot into an existing process.

You'll be the first face customers see and the person they trust to get their vehicle serviced right. You'll schedule service work, recommend the right maintenance at the right time, and make sure every guest leaves knowing exactly what happened to their vehicle and why.

What you bring:

- 1 year in customer service or sales
- Previous automotive or equipment dealership experience (required)
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting instincts
- The tact and professionalism to handle every customer situation with confidence
- A valid driver's license
