CIBC is seeking a Consultant, Back End Developer- Scala to lead design, development and integration of cross‑functional systems. You will work on backend services in Azure, influence multi-year tech roadmaps, and mentor developers in a hybrid in office/remote setup.

You should have 5–7 years of hands-on Cloud (Azure) and ETL experience with Python/Scala, Databases, and tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps and Autosys. The role is based in Toronto with on-site and hybrid work options.
