Our kitchen is fast-paced, creative, and highly organized. We are currently seeking a mature, reliable, and deeply experienced Professional Baker to join our tight-knit team and help keep our display cases and catering platters beautiful and full.

Position Overview

This is an early morning position requiring a dedicated professional who thrives on structure, precision, and high-quality craftsmanship. You will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods from scratch, with a heavy emphasis on custom cake decorating, doughnut production, and pastry finishing.

Key Responsibilities

· Production & Baking: Prepare, bake, and finish a diverse menu of cakes, doughnuts, artisanal pastries, and other signature baked goods.

· Recipe Adherence: Maintain absolute consistency by learning,



memorizing, and precisely following all established company recipes and measurements.

· Decorating: Execute clean, professional, and visually stunning decorations on custom cakes, daily pastries, and catering orders.

· Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate all commercial bakery equipment, including large planetary mixers, commercial deck/convection ovens, and deep fryers.

· Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain an immaculate workstation. Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, sanitization protocols, and proper personal hygiene standards.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
