Duties

- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product usage,



and styling tips.
- Support team efforts by assisting with retail sales and creating an inviting salon atmosphere.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Basic front desk skills including appointment booking and payment processing.
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations.
