We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and professional Barber to join our team. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services based on client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring a positive shop experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barber tools, workstations, and common areas in compliance with state and shop standards
- Recommend grooming products and assist with retail sales when appropriate
- Manage basic front-desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries
- Support team members in fostering a welcoming, professional,



and client-focused atmosphere
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working workplace

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred
- Knowledge of cutting techniques, grooming trends, and sanitation requirements
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Experience with appointment systems or front-desk duties is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Valid barber license (if required by your state/country)
