Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food orders accurately, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and deliver dishes promptly to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems such as Jonas POS, including processing payments efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or bar
- knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- valid smart serve certification
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Jonas POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering.
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Understanding of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
