Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the key escalation point for operational matters • Ensure optimal staffing levels and quality of care • Perform active rounding in all clinical areas • Manage staff resources and support their functions • Address patient and family care issues collaboratively
Requirements: • Current membership in a regulated Health Discipline College • Bachelor’s degree plus progressing Master's • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • Comprehensive understanding of hospital operations and compliance
