BrokerLink in Canada seeks a Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking Account Manager, Commercial Insurance, to join our growing team. You will provide prompt customer service, handle commercial paperwork, assist with quotes and recent business, review coverage and maintain client files.
You will also prepare insurer documentation, process endorsements and invoices, and negotiate with underwriters on terms while coordinating with adjusters on claims status.
