Location: Hybrid (Montreal) Group Retirement Services - Payout Annuity is looking for a proven and skilled individual who is willing to join a dynamic and innovative environment.This role demands strong workflow management ability, organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for high quality customer service.

What will you do?

Set up and maintain annuitant member information on various systems Promptly respond to inquiries from internal business partners Responsible for plan reconciliation and handling changes to client files Manage complex processes with high volume of data using Excel Spreadsheets Investigate and resolve escalated issues and complaints quickly and accurately Manage work priorities in a multifunctional environment Accountable to deliver superior customer service to future and existing pensioners Respond to client inquiries who contact our call center.

What do you need to succeed?

Bilingualism (French, English) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada Diploma or training in finance, accounting,



actuarial science or business management; or a solid understanding of pension plans Knowledge of pension legislation and annuities Administrative or customer service experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Experience in finance or accounting Competencies Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities and remain organized in an ever-improving environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a proven track record of superior quality working in a production environment

Base Pay range

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
