TLA Online is seeking teachers with experience and a passion for teaching Grade 7 to 9 Math and Science in a blended learning environment at our Cloverdale (Surrey) location. “Blended” is a combination of in-class and online learning, sometimes referred to as “hybrid”. The positions are in single- and multi-age classrooms with grades 7 and 8 together while grade 9 is separate and involves one class period per week of classroom teaching accompanying four days of versatile work connecting with parents and students at home .

Our pay model is based on student numbers, and blended courses are paid per student.

Potential candidates must

- Be a committed Christian
- Be a BC certified Teacher
- Experience working or learning in a project-based or online environment is an asset but not a requirement.

Duties include:

Working with students and parents online and face to face to ensure students meet the BC learning standards.

Salary ranges from 50k-75K for a full-time load, and depends on experience.
