Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, primarily through inbound and outbound outreach. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting insurance solutions, and scheduling consultations or appointments for the sales team. The role involves managing a pipeline of leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with colleagues to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications
