Job Summary This is a

Business Systems Analyst role supporting workforce and identity management, with a focus on authentication and authorization within a large enterprise workplace. The position is a backfill and project support engagement within a team of 27 people. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within

Identity Access Management (IAM)

at an enterprise level. The role involves approximately 4 hours per day in meetings on average, with interaction primarily internal and minimal external. The contractor will not have access to customer data.

Required Skills

10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience

Very in-depth knowledge of

Identity Access Management (IAM)

Enterprise-level environment experience — banking or financial institution experience is preferred

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)





Strong prioritization and time management skills

Detail oriented

Preferred Skills

Agile or PM certifications (PM certification is preferred)

Strong Agile experience

Education Requirements

Post-secondary education is an asset

Agile or PM certifications are an asset

Required Experience

10 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience

Nice-to-Have Experience

Enterprise banking or financial institution background

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
