Benefits and Salary The base pay range for this Manager role is between $90,300 and $150,500, with your exact pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Responsibilities As a

Manager at Apple Retail , you'll be deeply embedded in both the leadership and operational fabric of the store. Your responsibilities span team development, floor leadership, customer experience, and business performance

- making every shift an opportunity to move the needle on what matters most.

Lead and develop a team by empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve their performance and developmental goals

Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team that reflects Apple's commitment to inclusion

Actively participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling excellent service and ensuring business priorities are met

Address concerns and escalations from customers and team members, partnering with leadership and People partners when appropriate

Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas





Maintain company policies and procedures and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information

Foster an inclusive environment by respecting differences, demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities, and taking action to keep the team secure and respected

Serve as a role model for inclusive leadership behaviours and actively build, develop, and retain diverse teams

Requirements / Skills Apple is looking for a people-first leader who brings both retail or sales experience and a genuine commitment to developing others. The ideal candidate is someone who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and stays composed when the pace picks up. A track record of exceeding goals while bringing a team along with you is essential.

Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs

Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field

French language proficiency

(written and spoken) is required if the role is based in Quebec; English is required across Canada (sign language supported for both)

Ability to exceed goals and persist through obstacles and setbacks with resilience

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations

Coaching and mentorship capability to develop others through effective feedback and guidance

Sound decision-making grounded in analytics, experience, and sound judgment

Conflict resolution skills with the ability to settle differences in productive, professional ways

Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field. Be proficient in written and spoken French if the role is based in Quebec - English is required for roles throughout Canada.
