RiseMe is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to oversee Cage Operations on a shift basis at our Richmond site. You will lead the team, ensure policy adherence, and foster a safe, learning-oriented workplace for employees.
Responsibilities include mentoring the Cage team, scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with other departments while ensuring licensing laws and health and safety standards are met. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnights is required.
