Key Responsibilities:



• Lead client intake and needs assessments • Establish and monitor individualized employment strategies • Help clients navigate employment barriers effectively • Share labor market insights in one-on-one sessions • Collaborate with community services for referrals

Requirements: • Post-secondary qualification in social services, developmental services, or similar • 2 years’ experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • High competency in Microsoft Office tools • Current Ontario driver's license and transportation access
