Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Customer Service Associate to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. In this role, you will handle transactions efficiently, provide excellent service, and assist customers with their inquiries. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure smooth operations and satisfied guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist customers with product questions, demos, and upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and ensure timely service




- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the cashier area to promote a professional setting

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to connect with diverse customers
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, especially in food or merchandise environments
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy periods
- Organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and inventory well-maintained
- Enthusiastic attitude towards upselling products and providing product demos when appropriate

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
