What You'll Do

Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, robotics, and precision manufacturing equipment

Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machining processes

Inspect and verify parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Follow established manufacturing procedures and standard work instructions

Assist with routine equipment maintenance and process optimization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Degree, diploma, apprenticeship, or relevant experience in:

Machining

Mechanical Technology

Manufacturing Engineering

Industrial Technology

Related skilled trades

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced manufacturing environment

Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

CNC machining experience

Manufacturing or production experience

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping

Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift
