Co-Pack Associate (Warehouse) Afternoon shift – Mon- Fri 4pm to 12 am

Rate of pay $21.68 hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse (Co Pack) Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, repacking materials, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize products according to specification sheets.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and team-oriented environment.

Escalate non-routine conflicts, issues, or operational concerns to the Supervisor.

Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, workplace safety, and productivity.

Perform manual labour tasks including hand-loading products onto tables, packing,



wrapping pallets, and moving materials.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, balers, and walkie/stackers safely and effectively.

Maintain clear communication with Warehouse Associates and other team members.

Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous warehouse experience considered an asset.

Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labour throughout the shift.

Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow written instructions and specification sheets accurately.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and walkie/stackers is preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
