YSM is seeking a Patient Services Administrator to provide welcoming receptionist and client referral support at the Evergreen Health Centre in Toronto. This full time role (37.5 hours/week) focuses on building relationships with vulnerable populations, crisis intervention, and assisting community members toward their goals.
The successful candidate will work with EMRs and Salesforce, maintain privacy, coordinate appointments, and support volunteers.
