Key Responsibilities: • Oversee PSWs and HSWs for compliance with standards • Intervene in patient and staff concerns • Conduct ongoing team meetings and coaching sessions • Document safety incidents accurately • Collaborate on clinical reporting and standards

Requirements: • RN or RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario • At least 5 years of nursing experience • Comprehensive health assessment skills • Proven team management experience • Valid driver's license for transportation
