About this role We are looking for a Criminal Inadmissibility Practice Lead Lawyer with 2 years of experience to lead and scale one of the fastest-growing practice areas at a pioneering AI-native Canadian immigration law firm. This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with technology and operational leadership — with a clear path toward General Manager responsibility
What will you be doing?
- Leading the Crim/Inadmissibility department and managing a team of ~3 case managers, including setting expectations, coaching, and driving performance
- Owning operational metrics via the firm's internal Command Center (file throughput, CSAT scores, response times, stuck files) and running weekly reviews
- Partnering with the internal CTO and engineering team to prototype and build AI-powered tools that make the practice more efficient and scalable
