Run end-to-end onboarding: install coordination, training, first-week success Be the voice of support by phone and in-platform messaging Monitor accounts proactively and catch issues before pharmacies do Turn recurring questions into documentation and product feedback What we are looking for
2+ years in customer success, onboarding, or pharmacy operations Excellent written and spoken communication Pharmacy or healthcare software experience a solid plus Calm under pressure; organized across many accounts
