Lead operations as a Warehouse Leadhand with CWS, focusing on productive warehouse management of shipping and receiving. Shape team success through effective training and compliance oversight. As a key contributor, you will work alongside the Supervisor to coordinate all aspects of warehouse activities.

Your role is critical in ensuring that all products are managed in accordance with relevant regulations, and that your team receives the necessary training on best practices. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and proper organization within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily receiving, shipping, and storage tasks
- Supervise training in safety and compliance regulations
- Ensure proper documentation and shipping processes
- Conduct inventory counts as needed for accuracy
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the facility Requirements:
- Grade 12 or recognized educational equivalent
- Three years of experience in warehousing necessary
- Certifications in Transportation of Dangerous Goods, WHMIS
- Forklift operator certificate required
