Dairy Farm Labourer — Full-Time

Location: 20439 Township Road 550 Fort Saskatchewan, AB

Wage: $18.34 - $20.00/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Variable – days, evenings, weekends

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dairy Farm Labourer to join our farm team.

This is a hands-on position involving the daily care of dairy cattle and a variety of general farm duties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with livestock, performing physical work, operating farm equipment where qualified, and working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will include

- Caring for and handling dairy cattle
- Feeding and watering livestock
- Assisting with milking
- Cleaning barns, stalls, pens, and livestock areas
- Bedding and manure removal
- Monitoring cattle and reporting health or behavioural concerns
- Moving, sorting, and handling cattle
- Operating farm equipment and machinery, where qualified
- Performing general farm maintenance and labour
- Assisting with fencing, yard work, snow removal, and seasonal farm activities
- Loading, unloading, and moving feed, bedding, and farm supplies
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Performing other duties required for the day-to-day operation of the farm

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Dependable, punctual,



and responsible
- Comfortable working around cattle
- Physically capable of performing farm labour
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of farm duties

Previous dairy or farm experience is an asset, but training may be provided for the right applicant. Experience operating tractors, loaders, skid steers, or other agricultural equipment is also an asset.
