Key Responsibilities: • Help residents with bathing, grooming,



and mobility • Ensure documentation of resident care plans • Promptly respond to residents' daily needs and concerns • Facilitate participation in social and recreational activities • Monitor residents’ nutrition and hydration

Requirements: • Completed Health Care Aide program and CLHA registration • Current CPR and First Aid certification • Prior caregiving experience in a residential setting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle adaptable shifts and emergencies
