They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments.

You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The chance: As a Delivering Deal Value Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Integration strategy and execution
- Deal transaction execution
- Due diligence – stand-alone costs, carve out
- Synergy review and planning including cost optimization/ business transformation
- Carve out and separation execution

As part of the transaction process,



the DDV team develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues, synergies, risks and upsides around a transaction.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in providing strategic advice and support to senior management, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation
- Experience running large programs (e.g. global, multi-functional) with the ability to manage multiple senior level stakeholders across functions toward delivering against the deal objectives
- Knowledge of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing
- Extensive ability to manage and develop strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work across multiple client projects
- Functioning as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of client organizations based on competency (integrations
